無(wú)論是居于文中寥寥數(shù)語(yǔ)的眉批,還是居于文末三言五語(yǔ)的總批,作文評(píng)語(yǔ)作為作文教學(xué)的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),作為作文指導(dǎo)的一個(gè)步驟,對(duì)語(yǔ)文教師和學(xué)生都有不容輕視的意義。就教師而言,學(xué)生是否達(dá)到自己在作文指導(dǎo)時(shí)所提出的要求,自己是否實(shí)現(xiàn)了預(yù)定的教學(xué)目標(biāo),今后應(yīng)該如何確定作文教學(xué)的坐標(biāo)和方向,往往要通過(guò)作文評(píng)語(yǔ)傳達(dá)給學(xué)生;就學(xué)生而言,苦心經(jīng)營(yíng)的一篇小文,老師看后是否認(rèn)可,有哪些優(yōu)點(diǎn),哪些不足,長(zhǎng)處如何發(fā)揚(yáng),短處如何該正,常常要在作文評(píng)語(yǔ)中得以了解。可見(jiàn)作文評(píng)語(yǔ)不僅是學(xué)生作文成績(jī)的總結(jié),也是教師作文教學(xué)成效的歸納,是聯(lián)結(jié)教師和學(xué)生的紐帶和歸納,是聯(lián)結(jié)教師和學(xué)生的紐帶和中介。因此,教師必須重視并寫(xiě)好作文評(píng)語(yǔ)。那么,寫(xiě)好小學(xué)生作文評(píng)語(yǔ)應(yīng)把握好哪些原則呢?

鼓勵(lì)為主。教師在批改學(xué)生作文時(shí),要留心學(xué)生的進(jìn)步,哪怕是極其微小的進(jìn)步,在評(píng)語(yǔ)中應(yīng)該指出來(lái),給予肯定的贊揚(yáng)。有時(shí)優(yōu)點(diǎn)并不容易發(fā)現(xiàn),甚至要教師帶著放大鏡去看。即使是對(duì)學(xué)生習(xí)作中的不足之處,也應(yīng)該用一種商量 式的評(píng)語(yǔ)。如:“這個(gè)詞是不是可以換一個(gè)?”“這句話(huà)太長(zhǎng)了,用標(biāo)點(diǎn)把它們分開(kāi)行嗎?”等。而要盡量避免一些判決書(shū)式的冷冰冰的評(píng)語(yǔ)。如:“語(yǔ)句不同,條理不清,中心不明確”等。會(huì)挫傷孩子的寫(xiě)作積極性和自信心。要盡可能讓學(xué)生從老師的評(píng)語(yǔ)中看到自己的長(zhǎng)處和閃光點(diǎn),一此來(lái)增強(qiáng)學(xué)生的能力感和成就感,讓他們感到自己能行,增強(qiáng)他們的自信心。

表?yè)P(yáng)鼓勵(lì)決不是盲目的吹捧、廉價(jià)的 贊揚(yáng),而是事實(shí)求是,恰如其分,同時(shí)也不排斥滿(mǎn)腔熱情地指正。例如有這樣一多評(píng)語(yǔ):“你的文章如春雷般喚醒沉睡的大地,為新的一天增添新綠……”很有詩(shī)意,也很美,但對(duì)小學(xué)生來(lái)講,太深?yuàn)W了,不懂其中蘊(yùn)含的真正意思。古人云:“數(shù)子十過(guò),不如獎(jiǎng)其一長(zhǎng)?!卑盐蘸霉膭?lì)為主的原則,寫(xiě)好評(píng)語(yǔ),讓學(xué)生體會(huì)到寫(xiě)作的成功和樂(lè)趣。

評(píng)有所指。這里的“所指”,即是要有真對(duì)性,要有的的放矢,而不要千篇一腔,翻來(lái)覆去老是那么幾句套話(huà)、空話(huà)。

呂叔湘先生曾談到他讀小學(xué)時(shí)一位語(yǔ)文老師批改作文的一位語(yǔ)文老師批改作文的一個(gè)特點(diǎn),“就是對(duì)不同的人有不同的批改重點(diǎn)。有人錯(cuò)別字多,就著重批他的錯(cuò)別字;有人說(shuō)話(huà)羅嗦,就著重批他的羅嗦;有人說(shuō)話(huà)不照前顧后,就著重批他的失于照應(yīng)。因此往往同一種錯(cuò)誤,在這個(gè)同學(xué)的本子上隨手改掉,評(píng)語(yǔ)中并不提什么,在那個(gè)同學(xué)的本子上就要先批一通再動(dòng)筆改。當(dāng)然,著重點(diǎn)不是一成不變的,一個(gè)缺點(diǎn)克服了,另一件事又提到日程上來(lái)了。這段話(huà)給我們這樣的啟示:小學(xué)生初學(xué)習(xí)作,難免會(huì)有這樣那樣的問(wèn)題、毛病,我們不能從文學(xué)的高度去要求同時(shí)們,也不可能指望一次評(píng)語(yǔ)能解決所有問(wèn)題,而應(yīng)因文而異,有所針對(duì),有所側(cè)重,各個(gè)擊破,最終取得寫(xiě)作水平的全面提升。

評(píng)語(yǔ)的針對(duì)性還要做到因人而異。小學(xué)生的性格是各不相同的,有人驕傲,有人謙虛,有人進(jìn)取,有人懶惰,因而導(dǎo)致了他們對(duì)接受事物有不同的一面。所以,寫(xiě)作文評(píng)語(yǔ)時(shí),還應(yīng)站在學(xué)生的角度,去品味你寫(xiě)的作文評(píng)語(yǔ)會(huì)給他帶去正面還是負(fù)面的影響。對(duì)易驕傲的學(xué)生大肆渲染地加以表?yè)P(yáng),只會(huì)讓他驕傲自滿(mǎn),不思進(jìn)取。只有誠(chéng)懇地向他提出不足之處,并提出殷切的希望,才可讓他清楚、正確地認(rèn)識(shí)自己、改進(jìn)自我。對(duì)懶惰的學(xué)生不可以夸贊他簡(jiǎn)短的習(xí)作為精練之作,只有勉勵(lì)中加一絲認(rèn)可方能讓他認(rèn)識(shí)到自己的可取與不可取之處。生動(dòng)有趣。一位學(xué)生在習(xí)作中有一段離了題的描寫(xiě)。他啊的語(yǔ)文老師用一個(gè)特大有力的紅“X”把它給“斃”了。評(píng)語(yǔ)自然是毫不留情的硬梆梆的判決書(shū)式的語(yǔ)句:“離題萬(wàn)里,亂址一通,不如不寫(xiě)!”

簡(jiǎn)單的三個(gè)詞,使學(xué)生如聞老師的責(zé)罵之聲。似睹老師的不屑之態(tài)。這樣的評(píng)語(yǔ)怎能叫學(xué)生有研讀的興趣呢?即使勉強(qiáng)讀了,恐怕也之會(huì)對(duì)作文心灰意冷。這當(dāng)然與我們給作文寫(xiě)評(píng)語(yǔ)的目的大相徑庭。

活潑好動(dòng)的小學(xué)生喜歡在生動(dòng)有趣的語(yǔ)言中獲得收益,喜歡在歡聲笑語(yǔ)中捂出道理。學(xué)生喜歡的語(yǔ)文老師大多是幽默風(fēng)趣、知識(shí)廣博、能說(shuō)會(huì)道的。給學(xué)生寫(xiě)評(píng)語(yǔ)也是這樣,一條有趣的評(píng)語(yǔ)學(xué)生會(huì)竟相傳閱,仔細(xì)體會(huì)評(píng)語(yǔ)中的“味道”,最終捂出其中的道理。

評(píng)語(yǔ)的生動(dòng)活潑、幽默風(fēng)趣也要掌握分寸,否則使學(xué)生認(rèn)為老師在諷刺他,從而產(chǎn)生抵觸情緒,那樣就弄巧成拙了。

合乎規(guī)范。作文評(píng)語(yǔ)是寫(xiě)給學(xué)生看的,是對(duì)學(xué)作文和人的評(píng)點(diǎn)和指導(dǎo)。其目的之一就是要給學(xué)生做出一個(gè)榜樣。所以教師在寫(xiě)評(píng)語(yǔ)時(shí),各方面都要做到合乎規(guī)范。要求學(xué)生做到的事,老師首先要做到。

老師寫(xiě)的評(píng)語(yǔ),卷面要干凈、整齊,使人看了感到舒服;遣詞造句要力求準(zhǔn)確、生動(dòng);標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)的使用要恰當(dāng),合乎規(guī)范;書(shū)寫(xiě)漢字要正確、工整,不寫(xiě)不規(guī)范的簡(jiǎn)體字。如果老師龍飛鳳舞的寫(xiě)上幾個(gè)字:字跡不工整,錯(cuò)別字太多。很難想象學(xué)生會(huì)從中獲得什么有益的啟示。精彩的作文評(píng)語(yǔ)會(huì)給學(xué)生寫(xiě)作水平的提高提供有益的幫助,也會(huì)使學(xué)生變得自尊、自愛(ài)、自信、自強(qiáng),引導(dǎo)學(xué)生走上正確的人生道路。作文評(píng)語(yǔ)為老師和學(xué)生架起溝通和交流的橋梁,讓老師和學(xué)生共同享受著教與學(xué)的樂(lè)趣。
