作為教師,我深知,興趣是學(xué)習(xí)的動(dòng)力。在平時(shí)的教學(xué)中造句都會(huì)刻意選擇學(xué)生感興趣的人和事。這下子對(duì)于自己一直覺得是重點(diǎn)卻不被重視,難以攻克的語音教學(xué)找到了秘密武器。以英文歌曲為突破口。最近幾周,實(shí)踐了下,結(jié)果讓人驚喜,與各位同行分享,希望拋磚引玉。
一,激發(fā)興趣
愛因斯坦說,興趣是最好的老師.因?yàn)槿藭?huì)主動(dòng)尋找滿足他興趣的事物.聽音樂是孩子們的最大愛好。首先要潛移默化的培養(yǎng)孩子的國(guó)際視野和理解文化交融現(xiàn)象。布置的作業(yè)是羅列自己所聽歌曲中的英文元素。比如大張偉的這個(gè)feel倍爽;快樂頌中Don’t worry,be happy;改變自己中的最近情緒有點(diǎn)down,come on;S.H.E的super star和shero;阿悄just for it;王瑞琪We are friends等等,這些歌曲中總有那么幾句簡(jiǎn)單的英文混搭,時(shí)尚又活潑,學(xué)生們很喜歡,關(guān)鍵是能聽懂一下子讓他們體會(huì)到學(xué)為所用,積累了成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)英語的興趣更濃烈了。二,規(guī)范語音
我個(gè)人很嚴(yán)重的存在單音準(zhǔn)確,發(fā)音技巧不夠的缺陷??措娪安挥X得,但學(xué)唱英文歌總是跟不上詞,讓人懊惱又慚愧。因此,我想讓我的學(xué)生一開始就練習(xí)更標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的語音,能注意到語音,語調(diào),語速以及連讀,弱讀,同化,失去爆破等發(fā)音技巧。第一,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的發(fā)音增加自信。第二,發(fā)音技巧在聽力考試中會(huì)有直接影響。比如上次測(cè)驗(yàn)最簡(jiǎn)單的tell us,about you,and a stem 的連讀,學(xué)生一點(diǎn)沒聽出來。三,豐富課堂

Chin up或者keep your chin up 就是別灰心,別氣餒。當(dāng)別人處境困難時(shí),可以用這句話鼓勵(lì)。

準(zhǔn)備吃苦,堅(jiān)持下去。
Hang in there 別泄氣,堅(jiān)持下去。當(dāng)朋友想要放棄的時(shí)候,說這句話,讓他們咬牙堅(jiān)持下去。

別擔(dān)心總會(huì)有辦法的。
Work out(某種事情)有效的,切實(shí)可行,成功。比如:The plan worked out badly. 計(jì)劃實(shí)行得很不成功。

That’s the spirit! 用于鼓勵(lì)他人的勇氣、決心,意思是那樣才對(duì),那才算好樣的。

一、 宏觀性評(píng)價(jià)
1.整體印象類評(píng)語

采用整體印象類評(píng)語對(duì)于起始階段學(xué)生有較好激勵(lì)作用,但若千篇一律使用此類評(píng)語,就會(huì)使學(xué)生無法正確認(rèn)識(shí)自己寫作水平,最終導(dǎo)致教師評(píng)語失去應(yīng)有作用。
2.規(guī)范導(dǎo)知類評(píng)語
Beautiful.Clear. Wonderful.Good hand-writing.
You’re careful of using pronunciation.
Glad to see your improvement in handwriting.
I’m expecting clearer/more beautiful hand-writing from you next time. You’d better pay more attention to word order.

二、 微觀寫作技能方面評(píng)語
1.專項(xiàng)點(diǎn)撥類評(píng)語
It’s proper to use the proverb in Para.2 quite clever.
You are good at using attributive clauses in your writing.
The “struck” sentence is perfectly used.
You’d better use “third person” in the first para.
It’s good to use the past tense in your writing.
2.佳句欣賞類評(píng)語
教師可以在句尾統(tǒng)一標(biāo)注贊美性符號(hào)(如E—Excellent)或標(biāo)識(shí)不同星級(jí)等。
What a wonderful sentence using “cover”.
It’s really clever of you to use this beautiful sentence.
The inverted sentence is well wtitten.
3.謀篇布局類評(píng)語
A good beginning.
A perfect ending.

The first para. makes a good beginning.

It’s clever of you to use a topic sentence at the beginning of a para. It’s wonderful to use proper conjunctions between sentences.

在起始年級(jí)應(yīng)側(cè)重對(duì)學(xué)生寫作行為規(guī)范引領(lǐng),重在對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行詞語方面引導(dǎo);對(duì)高年級(jí)學(xué)生則應(yīng)側(cè)重對(duì)文章結(jié)構(gòu)、行文邏輯、句子變化等方面指點(diǎn)和引導(dǎo)。
雖然這些評(píng)語對(duì)我們大部分學(xué)生來說不太適合,以為他們連老師評(píng)他們什么都看不懂,但我們平時(shí)對(duì)作文批改確實(shí)沒做到這么仔細(xì),有很大啟發(fā)。

醫(yī)學(xué)遺傳學(xué)是臨床醫(yī)學(xué)與遺傳學(xué)相互滲透形成的一門邊緣科學(xué),近年來發(fā)展迅速。
科學(xué)工作者早就認(rèn)識(shí)到人類幾乎所有疾病的發(fā)生、發(fā)展都是遺傳因素和環(huán)境因素共同作用的結(jié)果,未來的醫(yī)學(xué)是分子醫(yī)學(xué)和遺傳醫(yī)學(xué)、未來的藥物是基因藥物、未來的保健是遺傳保健。
醫(yī)學(xué)遺傳學(xué)承載著揭示人類疾病發(fā)生發(fā)展根本原因以及推動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)生深刻革命的神圣使命。
但目前在醫(yī)學(xué)??圃盒V嗅t(yī)學(xué)遺傳學(xué)的設(shè)置狀況與本學(xué)科承載的使命很不相稱,主要問題有:課時(shí)少任務(wù)重,難以進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的教學(xué),要在32個(gè)學(xué)時(shí)甚至是18個(gè)學(xué)時(shí)內(nèi)完成醫(yī)學(xué)遺傳學(xué)理論課和實(shí)驗(yàn)課的教學(xué)任務(wù),這給任課的教師和學(xué)習(xí)的學(xué)生提出了更高的要求;該課程設(shè)置為考查課程,學(xué)生不重視,難以收到好的教學(xué)效果;專科院校的學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)的掌握度比本科院校的要低很多,各個(gè)專業(yè)的學(xué)生文科學(xué)生所占比例接近三分之一,因此對(duì)本門課程的理解能力要低于理科學(xué)生。
在教學(xué)過程中文科學(xué)生普遍反映對(duì)知識(shí)的把握度要明顯低于理科學(xué)生。
在這種情況下,要保證教學(xué)質(zhì)量,只有在備課、授課以及課程考核方式等多方面下功夫。
本文主要介紹了我們?cè)诮虒W(xué)實(shí)踐中一些心得體會(huì)。
目前我們使用的教材是上??萍汲霭嫔绲挠墒Y炳正副教授教授主編的醫(yī)學(xué)遺傳學(xué),該教材在內(nèi)容上相對(duì)于大專護(hù)理專業(yè)而言難度較為適宜,理論比較系統(tǒng),缺點(diǎn)是和臨床遺傳病結(jié)合比較少,缺乏實(shí)用性。
我們?cè)诮虒W(xué)過程中注意了這一點(diǎn),對(duì)于需要學(xué)生重點(diǎn)掌握而教材中較少講到的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行補(bǔ)充并詳細(xì)講解;及時(shí)將本學(xué)科新的發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài)和技術(shù)研究成果通過課堂教學(xué)介紹給學(xué)生,以彌補(bǔ)教材中的'不足。
通過這一措施,達(dá)到了教學(xué)知識(shí)的系統(tǒng)性、新穎性和實(shí)用性。
2、分析學(xué)情,針對(duì)不同層次的學(xué)生,力爭(zhēng)共同進(jìn)步,共同提高。
教學(xué)的中心是提高學(xué)生的能力,學(xué)習(xí)的主體是學(xué)生,教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)和方法的運(yùn)用要適合學(xué)生具體情況。
從情感上講我們面對(duì)的是剛進(jìn)學(xué)校的高中學(xué)生,一切對(duì)于他們都是新的,對(duì)于一切有極大的興趣,所以在情感態(tài)度上親和力的滲透是第一位的。
從個(gè)體上講學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)參次不齊的學(xué)生,文科同學(xué)幾乎都沒學(xué)過高中生物學(xué)。
所以在知識(shí)和能力上,我們?cè)跒闆]學(xué)過的學(xué)生打好扎實(shí)基礎(chǔ)的同時(shí),必須每節(jié)課為那些高起點(diǎn)學(xué)生拔高,讓不同層次的學(xué)生都能找到成就感。
而教學(xué)上學(xué)生過分依賴教師的講授,抽象思維能力較弱。
學(xué)習(xí)欠缺主動(dòng)、自我計(jì)劃和管理能力缺乏。
缺乏團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作。
教學(xué)方法需注重靈活性和技巧性。
3、基于專業(yè)本身的需要,結(jié)合教學(xué)大綱合理設(shè)置理論課和實(shí)驗(yàn)課的課時(shí)比例
以往課程教學(xué)中我國(guó)的護(hù)理教育與醫(yī)學(xué)教育之間缺乏專業(yè)的獨(dú)立性、獨(dú)特性和區(qū)別性。
護(hù)理專業(yè)教學(xué)內(nèi)容基本屬于臨床醫(yī)療專業(yè)的壓縮版。
護(hù)理課程教學(xué)應(yīng)該反映社會(huì)需求的變化, 發(fā)展多學(xué)科綜合課程,使護(hù)理教育與社會(huì)的需要聯(lián)系起來。
為了克服教學(xué)中的現(xiàn)存問題,突出專業(yè)特色,充分體現(xiàn)護(hù)理專業(yè)是直接維系人類生命和健康的專業(yè),我們從教學(xué)對(duì)實(shí)踐的指導(dǎo)性角度考慮,重新調(diào)節(jié)課程結(jié)構(gòu),整合教學(xué)內(nèi)容,構(gòu)建了以崗位技能培養(yǎng)為核心的課程教學(xué)體系。
將知識(shí)和技能模塊教學(xué)方法進(jìn)行了如下安排。
理論課時(shí)和實(shí)驗(yàn)課時(shí)的設(shè)置比例為三比一,在一定程度上提高了實(shí)驗(yàn)課的比例,充分鍛煉了學(xué)生的操作能力,提高了其基本技能,為其以后從事臨床工作打下理論與實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)。
根據(jù)課程特點(diǎn),結(jié)合學(xué)情和教學(xué)條件,我們采用“項(xiàng)目導(dǎo)向,任務(wù)驅(qū)動(dòng)”、“教、學(xué)、練、做”有機(jī)融合、“理論和實(shí)踐一體化”的教學(xué)方法。
不同方法均以提升學(xué)生能力為最高原則。
具體有模塊化教學(xué)、實(shí)踐性教學(xué)、延伸性學(xué)習(xí)、自主性學(xué)習(xí)。
模塊化教學(xué)主要是校內(nèi)的課堂情境體驗(yàn)、錄像觀摩評(píng)析、專題討論、病例研究、綜合訓(xùn)練及校外的見實(shí)習(xí)、參觀、調(diào)查、訪談等實(shí)踐活動(dòng)、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀摩。
我們經(jīng)常采用的教學(xué)組織安排方式是:提出教學(xué)目標(biāo)→講解示教→操作指導(dǎo)→練習(xí)自檢→評(píng)價(jià)反饋.
為提高學(xué)生實(shí)踐工作能力,我們創(chuàng)立了“四遞進(jìn)”的能力培養(yǎng)模式,即由校內(nèi)實(shí)訓(xùn)至理論應(yīng)用練習(xí)再到錄像、見習(xí)、實(shí)習(xí)最后到遺傳優(yōu)生學(xué)原理綜合運(yùn)用。
在內(nèi)容上理論與實(shí)踐緊密相連,符合理論-實(shí)踐-再理論的學(xué)習(xí)規(guī)律。
在嘗試不同教學(xué)方法的同時(shí),我們對(duì)考核方式也進(jìn)行有效的改革。
改變了過去的單純閉卷考試,采用閉卷考試與開卷寫小綜述相結(jié)合的方法。
閉卷考試內(nèi)容以基本理論為主,而與其他學(xué)科相聯(lián)系的各論和進(jìn)展內(nèi)容則以撰寫小綜述為主,開、閉卷考試成績(jī)分別占總成績(jī)的40%和60%。
寫小綜述前,教師先擬出一些綜述題目供學(xué)生選擇,也可由學(xué)生根據(jù)自己的學(xué)習(xí)興趣和所查閱的資料自立題目。
完成后,教師審閱、評(píng)分,并組織交流。
2年來,這一改革形式受到了學(xué)生的歡迎。
