1、負(fù)責(zé)統(tǒng)一制定各項(xiàng)管理目標(biāo)，組織編制施工計(jì)劃、物質(zhì)需用量計(jì)劃表，實(shí)施對(duì)工程質(zhì)量、工期、安全生產(chǎn)、文明施工、計(jì)量檢測(cè)、實(shí)驗(yàn)化驗(yàn)的控制、監(jiān)督、檢查和驗(yàn)收。

2、根據(jù)工程情況要求乙方增減施工人數(shù)，滿(mǎn)足施工生產(chǎn)需要。對(duì)施工質(zhì)量低劣、技術(shù)差、不服從指揮、有違法亂紀(jì)行為的人員予以清退。

3、及時(shí)提供由甲方供應(yīng)的施工機(jī)械設(shè)周轉(zhuǎn)材料。

4、按本合同約定，向乙方支付勞動(dòng)報(bào)酬。

5、甲方提供水電氣等基礎(chǔ)設(shè)備。

1.嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行合同中對(duì)工程工期、質(zhì)量、安全的要求，調(diào)配甲方要求的相應(yīng)工種及工人數(shù)量，服從施工人員的安排，按規(guī)范進(jìn)行施工。

2.加強(qiáng)對(duì)工人的管理，教育工人遵紀(jì)守法，辦公流動(dòng)人員務(wù)工的暫住證等相關(guān)手續(xù)。加強(qiáng)安全、防火、防盜意識(shí)。若施工期間發(fā)生安全事故傷害，乙方負(fù)擔(dān)全部損失和責(zé)任，與甲方無(wú)關(guān)。

3.甲方提供給乙方使用的周轉(zhuǎn)材料實(shí)行調(diào)撥制，根據(jù)工程計(jì)劃需要向乙方提供。

4.乙方就妥善保管、合理使用甲方提供的材料、設(shè)備(包括領(lǐng)用、保管、裝卸、退庫(kù)、辦理相關(guān)手續(xù)、按甲方指定的場(chǎng)內(nèi)地點(diǎn)歸類(lèi)堆放);因保管和使用不善發(fā)生丟失、損壞、乙方應(yīng)按領(lǐng)用時(shí)的價(jià)格賠償。

5.材料按預(yù)算分析量對(duì)乙方實(shí)行限額領(lǐng)料，乙方應(yīng)合理用料、注意節(jié)約。如材料使用超出預(yù)算用量，則超出部分的費(fèi)用由乙方承擔(dān)。

6.負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)自身承包范圍內(nèi)的材料驗(yàn)收及搬運(yùn)，負(fù)責(zé)自身承包范圍內(nèi)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)衛(wèi)生清理及材料保護(hù)，工完場(chǎng)清，活完料清。

7.乙方必須按期交工，不得無(wú)故拖延工期，不能按時(shí)完工造成的損失由乙方負(fù)責(zé)。

1、門(mén)窗制作與安裝工期少于一個(gè)月的驗(yàn)收合格后費(fèi)用一次性支付。

2、門(mén)窗制作與安裝工期大于一個(gè)月的按工作量分期支付。

1、乙方應(yīng)按本合同約定的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)組織施工，確保施工質(zhì)量。施工完畢，乙方應(yīng)及時(shí)向甲方提交自檢報(bào)告，通知驗(yàn)收;甲方應(yīng)當(dāng)及時(shí)對(duì)乙方施工成果組織有關(guān)部門(mén)進(jìn)行初檢驗(yàn)收，驗(yàn)收合格后再進(jìn)入下道工序施工作業(yè);驗(yàn)收結(jié)果表明乙方施工結(jié)果不合格時(shí)，乙方應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)無(wú)償修。竣工驗(yàn)收時(shí)，業(yè)主、監(jiān)理等相關(guān)方提出的工程質(zhì)量缺陷，乙方應(yīng)無(wú)償維修。

2、乙方應(yīng)配合甲方對(duì)其工作進(jìn)行的初步驗(yàn)收及工程竣工驗(yàn)收;甲方的工作必須乙方配合時(shí)，乙方應(yīng)按甲方的指令予以配合。

乙方負(fù)責(zé)人必須為從事危險(xiǎn)作業(yè)的人員辦理意外傷害保險(xiǎn)，并為施工場(chǎng)地內(nèi)自由人員生命財(cái)產(chǎn)和施工機(jī)械設(shè)備辦理保險(xiǎn)，支付保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)用。

1、如執(zhí)行本合同產(chǎn)生糾紛，雙方接受勞動(dòng)仲裁部門(mén)調(diào)解。
