【設計思路】

本節(jié)課教授的詞匯主要是服飾類的,課型屬于聽說課。所以在課前先營造一種輕松的學習氛圍,教唱一首英語歌曲,讓學生盡快地融入進課堂,期間還有pair work,groupwork,把學生分成兩兩小組或四人小組,互相對話。這樣的活動要進行兩次,可以提供給學生充分的時間進行交流。

【教材分析】

本節(jié)課是第七單元的第一課時,學生在前一單元初步學習完有關(guān)食物的英語知識之后,進一步地在本單元學習有關(guān)服飾的知識。而本課時是第一課時,所授的知識點應該淺顯易懂,不應該太難。本課時圍繞著幾個關(guān)于服飾的詞匯和兩個詢問價錢的句型展開。

詞匯首當其沖,在學習詞匯之后,句型的教授也應該把握重點,本課時的主要句型是How much is…? It’s … dollars. How much are …? They are …dollars. 詞匯的重點是要區(qū)分單復數(shù),還有dollar的用法。

本教材前面四個模塊為復習模塊,總結(jié)了小學階段教材中出現(xiàn)過的語言知識,以幫助同學們有效地從小學到初中有一個平緩的過渡。所以這四個模塊不必花大量時間來學習,每個模塊用4節(jié)課來講解、復習就可以了,四個模塊共用16節(jié)課。接下來是10個學習模塊和兩個復習模塊,每個學習模塊共有三個單元,前面兩個單元主要為大家呈現(xiàn)新的語言內(nèi)容,第三單元為練習與活動,用以鞏固前面兩個單元所學的內(nèi)容。本學期一共18周,每周6節(jié)課,共108節(jié)課。去掉前面16節(jié)課復習小學知識,還有92節(jié)課,所以每個學習模塊需要7節(jié)課來學習與鞏固。還剩8節(jié)課用于每個月的月考。

二、教學目標

本套教材同時配有對應的網(wǎng)絡教材。上課時可利用此網(wǎng)絡教材教學。

通過對本教材的學習,希望同學們能夠:

1)形成對英語學習的積極態(tài)度和強烈興趣。

2)掌握基本的英語知識和聽說讀寫技能,提升英語語言的運用能力。

3)形成有效的英語學習策略。

4)增強對世界文化的了解,培養(yǎng)自己的跨文化交流意識。

三、 教學對象分析

本學期初中部有兩個班級,初一級和初二級。

其中初一級共有26位同學,對于學習的積極性比較高,但其中有11位同學基礎比較差,可以說沒有基礎。針對這11位同學,需要幫他們把音標補上。通過音標,他們能夠把單詞讀出來,然后才能把單詞記下來,如果他們自己不放棄,加把勁,慢慢地單詞積累多了,多讀、多聽,語感培養(yǎng)起來了,他們就能夠跟上。每天晚上

花半個小時來讀課文和讀單詞,每天聽寫10個單詞,然后借助遺忘規(guī)律來復習,達到對單詞深層的記憶。為了讓成績好的同學有所發(fā)揮,成績?nèi)醯耐瑢W有所思考,聽寫完十個單詞之后,每個單詞自己造句,提高英語的思維能力和運用能力。

初二級共有29位同學,其中有十幾位同學沒有基礎,需要學習音標,然后多讀,多記單詞、課文。由于初二班孩子年紀比較長,對于學習的自主能力比較強,只要調(diào)動他們學習的積極性,讓他們自己明確學習的目的,很快就能夠跟上。

四、教學方法

子學的孩子,學習文化課,獲得高分只是其中一個次要的目的。更重要的,我們要通過文化課來提升自身的素養(yǎng),與社會接軌,以后能夠更好地服務于社會。所以不建議采取題海戰(zhàn)術(shù),況且我們也沒有過多的時間來進行題海戰(zhàn)術(shù)。

1)首先,打基礎。把本冊里的單詞全部記下來,每天晚上花半個小時記單詞、短語,讀課文。(根據(jù)遺忘規(guī)律:背完單詞之后的5分鐘,20分鐘,1小時,12小時,1天,2天,5天,8天,14天是復習的`時間點,在這些時間點復習背過的內(nèi)容,14天后就能夠達到深層的記憶,這也適用于其他科目的背誦。)

2)培養(yǎng)語感與興趣,了解國外的生活習慣與文化。每周盡量給孩子看一部有意義,正能量的英文電影。

3)培養(yǎng)說英文的能力。學習英文歌曲《Wearetheworld》。

五、 教學反思

由于學生的個體差異,學生們完成課間任務的速度與效率不盡相同,一部分同學完成任務較快,于是思想開小差,或是講小話。因此布置任務時,可根據(jù)學生的能力大小,給學生布置不同層次的任務。任務完成得較快的學生可對他們增設附加的任務。如會模仿――會背誦――會默寫,層層拔高。每一堂課下來,每個學生根據(jù)自己的能力學到不同的知識。也可以讓學習成績好的同學翻譯有趣的英文故事或者笑話,讓他們生動形象的講給全班同學聽,既培養(yǎng)了優(yōu)秀同學的能力,也增加了課堂的趣味性。

在今后的備課過程中,應多從學生的角度考慮,努力調(diào)整教學方式,大膽取舍教學內(nèi)容,力求尊重學生個體差異,因材施教,讓每個學生在學習英語的過程中都能感受到成功的喜悅,從而形成學習英語的濃厚興趣,形成積極的學習態(tài)度。

重點:熟練地使用句型詢問物品的主人,替失物找到主人。

難點:掌握Benny’s, your, my的用法。

三、教學準備

大紙箱一只、一些物品或玩具、單詞卡片、教學掛圖、教學磁帶等。

四、教學步驟

Step 1 Warming up

1、師生問候

2、自由會話和角色表演。

Step 2 Presentation and drill

1、在課前向?qū)W生借一些學習用品、玩具等,上課時放在講臺上一一出示,問是誰的東西。

T: Can you borrow me some pencils, pens and rulers? Thanks. What is this?

S1: It is a pencil.

T: Right. It’s a pencil. Whose is this? I am sorry. I forget it. Is this your pencil, S2? S2: No.

T: Is this your pencil, S3? S3: Yes. T: Oh, It is your pencil. It is S3’s pencil.

2、出示人物(Miss Li, Lingling, Jane, Jake, Peter, Mingming, Anne)的頭飾及一些物品。 T: Who are they? Ss: They are T: Look! What are these? 幫助學生問答。板書單詞a wallet, a bag, a scarf, 并帶讀。

T: Whose wallet is this? Can you guess? Is this Lingling’s wallet? S1: It’s Lingling’s wallet. S2: It’s Jane’s wallet.

T: I don’t know. Let’s look at the story.

3、出示課文A部分教學掛圖(或多媒體課件)。聽錄音,復述所聽到的內(nèi)容。

游戲——Guess, guess, guess!(猜一猜)

讓學生將自己的物品放入盒中,寫上自己的名字。然后大家一起猜一猜該物品的主人是誰。

T: Yes, it is Peter’s book. Here you are, Peter. Peter: Thank you.

自由組合練習會話,讓練習得熟練的學生分角色表演課文A部分。

Step 4 Consolidation

1、創(chuàng)設情景,自由對話。

情景:出示一些無人認領的物品,讓學生們想辦法找到它們的主人。盡量使用今天所學的句型“What is this?”“Whose is this?”“Is this?”“It is”。

2、評價。

3、家庭作業(yè)。聽磁帶,背課文。

Period 2

一、教學目標 :

能掌握新單詞; 能熟練地運用句型詢問物品的歸屬,及對此詢問作出回應; 能閱讀理解課文D部分小故事。

教學重點:

能聽懂、會讀、會說新單詞。 難點:Anne’s的意思。

教學準備 :

一只大紙箱、實物、單詞卡片、教學磁帶等。

教學步驟

Step 1 Warming up

1、師生問候。

2、唱英語歌曲“If you’re happy and you know it.”。

Step 2 Presentation and drill 1、出示大紙箱。

T: Boys and girls, what is this? Ss: It is a box.

T: Right. It’s a magic box. Can you guess what is in it? Ss: A bird. /A pencil. /

T: Look, there is a bag in the magic box. It’s my bag. Do you have a bag? Ss: Yes.

鼓勵學生們使用自己學的單詞大膽地猜測。然后打開提包,讓大家看看其中的物品:a wallet, a bag, a scarf, a pen, glasses, a hat, a mobile phone.一邊往外拿,一邊說出其英語名稱,并讓學生跟讀單詞。同時板書單詞。(每一件物品都放在前一件物品之內(nèi)。為了增強趣味性,可以繼續(xù)讓學生們猜。) T: Do you have a wallet/bag/scarf/? Ss: Yes. /No.

游戲——Golden finger(金手指)

男女學生各一名參與游戲。教師說出某物品的名稱,學生必須快速指到該物品。動物快的一方勝出,可得到一枚徽章作為獎勵。

游戲—— Magic eyes(火眼金睛)

將某物品放入大紙箱中,讓學生們猜一猜其中有什么東西。 T: Golden eyes, golden eyes, who has golden eyes? S1: I have golden eyes.

4、完成課文E、G部分。在游戲中幫助學生掌握所學單詞。

重點:字母Uu在單詞中的發(fā)音;童謠的誦讀。 難點:理解新單詞,朗讀句子。

四線三格小黑板、教學磁帶、單詞卡片等。

游戲——Gross the bridge (過河)

設置一條河流,河流中有幾塊石頭,每塊石頭上都有一個單詞。一名學生認讀單詞,其他學生進行判斷。當他能準確地讀出單詞時,同學齊說:“Yes, yes, yes! Go! Go! GO!”錯了就說:“NO, no, no! Out! Out! Out!”全部讀完后, 進行“繞口令”比賽。
